Below we have outlined the process of booking a Marquee, the build and takedown. This should help you understand the process on the day and after the event.

Booking a Marquee

All functions but in particular Weddings,  Military events and Corporate events can be very complicated affairs. Our aim is to ensure your event meets your expectations and runs as smoothly as possible without any added complications or stress. 

We are very flexible with our approach and our experience will often allow us to see potential problems before they happen.

So that we can achieve your vision we like to visit you at your site or venue where possible before we quote. At this meeting we like to discuss your entire event from start to finish allowing us to cover every aspect as well as answer any questions you may have and give you the benefit of our experience and knowledge to steer your event in the right direction.

Once this visit has been done we will provide you with a quotation. This is not set in stone and you can add or remove items as required. We appreciate that opinions change and guest numbers always fluctuate.

Having received this quotation you are now in a position to confirm your booking. As confirmation of booking we usually ask for a 25% deposit which ensures we keep the stock available for your event. The balance of payment is due 7 days prior to commencement of the build unless otherwise agreed.

The Build and Takedown

Under most circumstances and weather permitting we like to complete the build at least 48 hours before the start of you event. This allows time for other contractors such as florists and caters. Unfortunately this is not always achievable.

Takedown weather permitting usually happens as soon as possible after your event and will be agreed with you.
